Afterwards we all take part in a wine tasting together.

On that day we have invited some lawyers to have a presentation of various topics relevant for the Luxembourg generic legal set-up, the securitisation market, taxation, responsibilities and liabilities of Board Members as well as consideration towards distribution of private placement compartments.

The Agenda is currently being finalised, and we are also aiming to touch on developments like tokenisation and securitisation funds but also to address duties of involved parties like paying agents, etc..
